Conscience
Individuals should be free to thoughtfully examine whether participation in a system aligns with their moral and spiritual convictions.
Loot Counsel is a private members' association supporting men and women who have independently chosen to pursue Lawful Money filings and desire an organized, carefully guided process for doing so.
Since 2019, the Association has assisted Members through a consistent methodology grounded in private agreement, individual conscience, and direct Member participation.
Loot Counsel was founded on the conviction that each individual bears a moral and spiritual responsibility to examine the systems in which they participate, particularly those involving their labor, income, and resources.
For some, that examination leads to questions about whether continued participation in commonly accepted systems aligns with their conscience, values, and understanding of lawful obligation.
Those questions are personal. Loot Counsel does not exist to tell others what they must believe or to persuade the public toward a particular conclusion.
The Association exists to support those who have already examined these matters for themselves, reached their own conclusions, and chosen to act accordingly.
Loot Counsel supports individuals who have already chosen their path and seek the structure to move forward with clarity.
Many individuals encounter the Lawful Money Redemption methodology through the work of independent educators, researchers, ministries, and private communities.
Loot Counsel does not claim to have originated the methodology, nor does it seek to become the primary public source of education surrounding it.
Our role is practical.
We provide Members with the structure, organization, ministerial assistance, and administrative support necessary to move through the filing process with greater clarity and confidence.
Rather than leaving Members to organize records, coordinate documents, and navigate each step alone, Loot Counsel provides an established process through which the required actions are clearly presented and carefully managed.
Loot Counsel operates as a private members' association whose relationships are established through voluntary private agreements between living men and women.
Those who choose to join do so knowingly and voluntarily, agreeing to associate within the private contractual framework of the Association.
Loot Counsel recognizes the freedoms of religion, speech, peaceful association, and petition protected by the First Amendment to the United States Constitution as foundational to the right of individuals to gather, associate, exchange beliefs, and pursue shared convictions.
Membership creates the private relationship through which Loot Counsel and its Members work together.
Since 2019, Loot Counsel has assisted Members pursuing federal and related state filings through an established Lawful Money Redemption methodology.
Each Member engagement is based on the Member's own records, documentation, and circumstances.
While the underlying methodology remains consistent, every engagement is handled individually through a structured administrative process refined through practical experience.
Our purpose is not to remove the Member from the process, but to make the Member's required participation clear, limited, and manageable.
Individuals should be free to thoughtfully examine whether participation in a system aligns with their moral and spiritual convictions.
Membership is entered knowingly and voluntarily through private agreement between the Association and its Members.
Each Member remains responsible for the information provided, documents reviewed, autographs applied, and final submission made in their own name.
The process should be understandable, organized, and deliberately managed from beginning to end.
Loot Counsel seeks to assist Members honestly, carefully, and respectfully throughout each engagement.
Loot Counsel is intended for men and women who have independently examined the Lawful Money Redemption methodology and concluded that they wish to pursue it.
The Association is especially suited to those who are ready to act but prefer not to navigate the administrative process alone.
Loot Counsel is not established to persuade the undecided, debate the general public, or promote a political party or movement.
It exists to support Members whose convictions have already led them to seek a different approach.
We are not here to choose a position for you. We are here to support you after you have chosen your own.
For those who have reached their own conclusions, Loot Counsel offers the structure and support of a voluntary private association.
Membership is the first step in establishing that relationship.
